CEO: Charlotte Aronsson, PhD, has more than 25 years experience of the vitro diagnostic buisness and has held management positions in business development and sales at Pharmacia Diagnostics AB, Sangtec Medical AB and Diasorin SpA.
Chairman: Hans Johansson has over 25 years of experience in the life science industry. Previous experiences include VP and Global head of marketing at Pharmacia Biotechnology and CEO in two start up companies, including a period as CEO of Pyrosequencing, listed on the Stockholm stock-exchange. Currently employed at Phadia AB as Head of Phadias Development Business. Mr Johansson is a member of the BoD of Uppsala Innovation Centre AB, a high tech incubator in Uppsala
CSO: Staffan Eriksson, MD, PhD, Professor, Departement of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry, The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala. Prof Eriksson is a world leading scientist in the area of structure and function of TK1 with more than 100 publications during the last 10 years. (Founder and Board Member).
Arne Ferstad CCO. Arne is also co-owner of Ankor Consultants a consultancy based in Brussels, Belgium. He held the position of Chairman for Baxter Healthcare in Nordic and Benelux as well as European President of Baxter healthcare’s Renal Division. Prior to that Arne had several executive leadership positions in Asia, USA and Europe for Baxter. Prior to Baxter Arne was General Manager and Vice President at Pharmacia. Arne has for the past 10 years served as an independent consultant, interim manager, business coach and mentor in the life science industry. In addition to AroCell, Arne is board member of Neurovive, AB (publ) and Aggancio Research AB.
Board Member: Per Matsson, PhD, has many years experience in the diagnostic market as Head of Research and Business Development at Phadia AB. Per is also founder and owner of Animech AB and earlier worked as a Research Director at Sanofi Diagnostics in the United States, providing him with extensive experience in business development.
Board Member: Jan Mellberg, is a business advisor with more than 25 years experience in the finance area. Previously CFO and Executive Vice Presidentof Pharmacia LKB Biotechnology AB and ProcordiaBeverages / Pripps Ringnes. Member of the board of several companies in the life science sector.
