Anne-Charlotte Aronsson, CEO and member of the board
Arne Ferstad, CCO and Chairman. Arne is co-owner of Ankor Consultants a consultancy based in Brussels, Belgium. Arne is member of the board of Medfield Diagnostics AB (Publ). He held the position of Chairman for Baxter Healthcare in Nordic and Benelux as well as European President of Baxter healthcare’s Renal Division. Prior to that Arne had several executive leadership positions in Asia, USA and Europe for Baxter. Prior to Baxter Arne was General Manager and Vice President at Pharmacia. Arne has for the past 10 years served as an independent consultant, interim manager, business coach and mentor in the life science industry. In addition to AroCell, Arne is board member of Neurovive, AB (publ) and Aggancio Research AB. Arne Ferstad is one of the founders of AroCell.
Anne-Charlotte Aronsson, PhD, CEO and Board Member. Anne-Charlotte has more than 25 years experience of the vitro diagnostic business and has held management positions in business development, marketing and sales at Pharmacia Diagnostics AB, Sangtec Medical AB and Diasorin SpA.
Staffan Eriksson, MD, PhD, Professor, Departement of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry, The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, CSO and Board Member. Prof Eriksson is a world leading scientist in the area of structure and function of TK1 with more than 100 publications during the last 10 years. Staffan Eriksson is one of the founders of AroCell.
Jan Mellberg, Board Member. Jan is a business advisor with more than 25 years experience in the finance area. Previously CFO and Executive Vice President of Pharmacia LKB Biotechnology AB and ProcordiaBeverages / Pripps Ringnes. Member of the board of several companies in the life science sector.
Håkan Englund, Board Member. Håkan has more than 30 years of experience in the life science industry. He has in the last five years has been the Executive Vice President of Phadia and responsible for a business unit that develops and introduces new diagnostic products to both existing and new customer groups. Håkan has had a number of senior management positions within Phadia – Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Manager and as Business Development Manager and Business Unit Manager at Pharmacia Biotech, and other leading positions both in Sweden and abroad with a focus on developing new products/markets.
Bengt Norvik, CFO. Bengt runs his own consultancy company Markett Affärsutveckling. He has previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer of KnowIT AB (publ) and Chief Financial Officer of Pargon AB and Upnod AB. Bengt Norvik has studied business administration, focusing on accounting, statistics and economics at Uppsala University.
